Our new normal is starting to settle into normal. It's strange how normal two weeks ago can so quickly change into a new and completely different normal. We are still figuring out some of the details, well, a lot of the details. But we are doing well. I even remembered Valentines Day! Being in the dog house right now would not be good!

We do have a small step to report for today. The CT scan revealed that the swelling is gone, and the pressure on the brain is gone. Everything looked good to the neurolist today. Praise God. This will allow the brain to continue to heal.

I am pretty wiped out right now, so no deep inspirational thoughts. Just keep praying. Thank you.

We are so happy and I look forward to continued prayer groups this week....I don't think I've known a time in my life where I've seen God's glory in such an amazing way....I will thank God generously this week for the medical staff that are taking such good care of Garren. We love you guys and continue to pray for a complete recovery. Stay strong physically, mentally, and faithfully for your boy. One small step today, one yesterday, so from a positive perspective, I'd say that's two steps ahead of this time last week. Prayers, prayers, and more prayers! Rest peacefully. In for the long haul, In His love, The Sisk Family

We are still praying for Garren and for your whole family. You all are an inspiration just in who God made you to be, words or no words. Thank you for sharing this journey with us, and know that you are not alone. God is with you, and your entire church family as well.
